Our firm is a plant producing specialistic tools.Thanks to our 40-year-old existance on the tool market, we have gained universal experiences and high quality of our products.Thanks to long-range investments we have got a modern machine park. Our operations aim at being more and more perfect and at being up to the tasks set by our customers. Thanks to some specific organizational solutions we offer the execution in a short time. Our prices are competitive- an average, about 20 per cent lower than the prices of other tool plants in Poland. We are a plant of protected work, what gives our customers big profits - it is a consession in an obligatory payment for the National Fund of Rehabilition of the Handicapped (the amount of the consession is about 50 per cent of the value of thr order). We specialize in producing: - injection moulds for plastics
- press moulds for thermosetting plastics and rubber
- pressure casting dies for metals
- punching dies
- press- forming dies
- production and assembly jigs
- prototype mechanicals devices(e.g.moulding machines).
We produce instrumentation - mainly of injection moulds- for automotive, elerticial and building industries, and for household equipement and many other lines.
The confirmation of our abilities is the pact of producing injection moulds and other tools for Fiat Auto Poland factory and for export(particularly to Germany).
We offer to produce according to either given documentation or construction prepared by us.
The orders can be executed comprehensively, from the execution of a picture of the detail through the constuction of the tool(designing - program CAD, NX CAM 6, Sprut CAM, Solid Works 2008) or the device and execution in metal and up to the final execution of the details in our own testing station. We can also execute the pilot lot on the injections or the press. Moreover we offer the services withim the field of environment protection: - measurment of the emission of gas- and dust- pollution
- measurment of the effectivemess of the devices reducing the amount of pollution emitted to the air
- analysis of the pollution spread.
We offer full modern machine park, starting with conventional machine tools to highly-specialised ines like:drweling machines (AGIE), wire and CNC machine tools, processing HURCO centre, which can be operated in three axles (possibility to make 3D forms) We have a modern laboratory for measuring length and angle We put the System of Quality Management ISO 9001 into practice. |
